This is an RD16 with 3 lines of declination
The sundial has 2 vertical pins seen in and just above the Equation of Time
The small pin casts the shadow to trace the suns motion on 2nd and 14th December
The taller pin traces the suns motion for 19th May.
All 3 lines of declination are marking birthdays.
