RD15 with roman numerals to outer edge

This version has the roman numerals at the very edge of the dial, so any motto or dedication has to
go above or below the central compass rose.

This dial was made for France and was supplied with a matt finish.

The motto reads Dun Vivimus Vivamus (which means basically " While we live, let us enjoy life")
